Order comes next, or the Power to organize, balance and let go of the idea that we are capable of mistakes or failures since our lives follow an orderly plan of ever-unfolding awareness of our Oneness with Source. The Fillmores refer to spiritual law and order by saying, “Do not be afraid to express your inner life to the Lord, for only in perfect candor and childlike innocence can man come under the protection of the divine law.” They also say that, “the Lord is the universal law, whose impulse is always inward and onward.”
Gratitude’s Gift *Order, gratitude, love, forgiveness, energy, light
Gratitude comes from the soul.
It is the currency of cosmic energy
that allows us to express our love
while it heals our minds and hearts.
True gratitude does not allow victimhood or false pride
to enter its sacred space.
It comes with such an upwelling of love
that forgiveness must inevitably follow.
It allows for the release of the heavy and deeply buried emotion of guilt,
dripping with its regret and sorrow.
Gratitude is guilt dismantled, transformed back to energy
and returned to the Light and the Cosmos.

Mileposts *Order, success
Mileposts are targets to mark our progress
so we can reach our year-end goals.
They are shiny, white beacons that draw us like magnets
to take the steps that we need to reward our souls.
Mileposts promote our successes by segmenting our paths
into units that can really be done.
They give us goals we can measure, realign actions with results,
and allow our hearts to sing as we reach them, one by one.

The Seeds of Greatness *Order, love, peace, Christ
The Divine, which is the Source of all Power,
arises from the smallest of seeds.
Suffering is the soil that nurtures this greatness
and gives the heart motivation it needs.
It strengthens the bonds we have with each other
by renewing our bodies and minds.
Then it thrusts us into the role of creator
of new possibilities of all kinds.
Suffering allows us to become more than we were
and more than we might have been.
The seeds that it nurtures express our hope
that we’re not doomed to a life of sin.
We are all expressions of God after all—
since we’re beings of love and peace.
In this time of renewal we’re ALL the Christ
and our spiritual growth will not cease.

Formula for Non-attachment *Order
When I think that you think what you think that you know
and I know what you think is wrong,
I remember I know just what I think
so I don’t have to go along.
I don’t need to think the way that you think
because I am ME after all.
I release my attachment , sometimes with a wink,
and listen to my own spirit’s call.

We Sit in Silence *Order, love
We sit in silence to contemplate loss,
trusting our hearts to be strong.
Adversity shows us who’s REALLY the boss
so our hearts can never be wrong.
Although we see suffering, our hearts use that pain
to send out compassion and love.
The world is chaotic, leaving much to gain
with our strong connection to the Above.

Our Inner Mothers *Order, love
We’re never alone if we love ourselves
and can give ourselves a hug.
Even if our mothers have passed,
there’s no reason to pull the plug.
They showed us in our earliest days
that we were worth their love.
They made us feel whole while they fed our souls
and directed us from above.
But then we grew and life intervened
and we thought that we were alone.
We forgot we had a Mother Within
who was built into our bones.
As long as we realize She is still there
to support us through our trials,
we can face the world and forge ahead
though we all have different styles.
There are hugs with words and hugs with looks
and hugs through memories shared.
They’re designed by God to make us feel
that we don’t have to be scared.
Because our inner Mom is there
to support us when we’re low,
our ships may tilt and our sails may flap
as we sail into headwinds that blow.
But in the end if we heed Her call
and what She said when alive,
“I love you” and “I’ll always be there,”
we’ll know that we can survive.

Filling the Gap *Order, abundance, success
I feel the Gap and it feeds me.
It leads me to think I’m not good enough
or that I'm not where I want to be.
It cajoles me to seek even more “stuff.”
But I can’t fill my Gap and dread thoughts come true.
Being caught in there makes my life a grind—
I'm not happy with what I have to go through
and sometimes I think I’ve lost my mind.
But the Gap doesn’t need to define my life.
I can learn from my past and what I did right.
I can be a better person to handle my strife
and overlook what’s missing and out of my sight.
I can create my own future with abundance galore
if I build on my successes and not on my pain,
I can be a better person than I was before—
there’s my dark past to lose and bright future to gain.

The World Doesn’t Care *Order, control, peace, energy
The world doesn’t care if I'm happy or sad;
the sun still rises and sets.
I can’t control what’s going on
and I can’t even make any bets.
I can only control what’s inside my own mind
and how I react to each thought.
I can’t fix the world and I can’t force peace
or my efforts will come to naught.
My negative thoughts around any event
are not productive at all,
so I just let them go to my energy flow
and try not to make a call.
I simply inhale to let it all go
and exhale it back to its Source.
Then I trust all is well as I let it go
and inner peace will follow its course.

The Divine Feminine *Order, Love
The key to salvation is in women’s hands
though we are not without sin.
Men move the world forward for good or bad—
while women help them begin.
A world without balance is a world without love—
the yang must equal the yin.
If giving and receiving aren’t on the same plane,
there’s no way that love can begin.
Women aren’t perfect in motive or deed
but we look through a softer lens.
As mothers we know what the world needs
and that’s love, compassion and amends.
Forcing and yielding can cement our bonds
and allow love and kindness to win.
That’s the way we’ll save the world
as part of the Divine feminine.

My Muddy Path *Order
Controlling my mind is like walking in mud—
I take it one step at a time.
I try to walk fast but the mud holds me back
and I feel like I’ve committed a crime.
The more I resist the pull of the mud,
the deeper it sucks me down.
But if I relax and forgive the mud’s pull,
I forget that it’s ugly and brown.
My ego assures me that I’m in control
before it abandons my fight.
It makes me feel guilty for all that I do
as I try to make things right.
It wants to keep my soul in the mud,
in a separate, dependent state,
and draw me away from my journey to God
to seal my eternal fate.
But I know I’m gold and there’s nothing to forgive
because I did nothing wrong.
I’m One with God and perfection is mine
and has been all along.
