Betsy Lambert is a writer, poet, medical intuitive and Body Code/Quantum-Touch Practitioner who retired in 2007 from a corporate communications & public relations career. She began her healing practice, The Astral Connection, in 2013.

Betsy is also a published author and poet. She was a contributor to the anthology, Women Living on Purpose, which was an Amazon International Best Seller in 2021. In 2023, her poem Dancing with My Shadows was selected for publication in the 2023 Bards North Carolina Poetry Anthology.
