Betsy Lambert is a medical intuitive and Body Code Practitioner who retired in 2007 from a career in corporate communications and public relations. When her first grandchildren were born two days apart in 2006, she and her husband, Russ, decided to retire to become supportive grandparents. Her Reiki training subsequently led her to become certified in Quantum-Touch and the Emotion & Body Code, and she now has a nationwide, phone-based practice. The 2020 Covid isolation revived her interest in poetry and now many of her poems are posted on her Zoom Poets Society Facebook page.

Betsy is also a published author and poet. She was a contributor to the anthology, Women Living on Purpose, which was an Amazon International Best Seller in 2021. In 2023, her poem Dancing with My Shadows was selected for publication in the 2023 Bards North Carolina Poetry Anthology. She continues writing her Sunday sermon-based poetry for Unity of the Triangle in Raleigh, NC, and occasionally for other churches as well.

Betsy and her husband, Russ, divide their time between Raleigh, NC, and Monument, CO, and enjoy supporting their family in both places.
