The Power of Zeal is the tenth Power, characterized by passionate enthusiasm for life. We are joyful every day, knowing that God lives through us always. The Fillmores say that, “Zeal and enthusiasm incite to glorious achievement in every aim and ideal that the mind conceives. Zeal is the impulse to go forward, the urge behind all things….Energy is zeal in motion and energy is the forerunner for every effect.”
Opportunity *Zeal, Oneness, peace
The opportunity of this moment
allows us to have the time to look at things differently,
a time to go deeper into our core to discover who we really are.
It is a sacred pilgrimage to explore the wonder of our existence
and how we are all connected.
Our imperfections can become our strengths
once we incorporate them into this perfect wholeness with the Divine.
Accepting and celebrating this reality of our present moment
can lead us into a new state of peacefulness
and ultimate awareness of our perfection.

No one is a stranger, just a friend we’ve never known.
We must see ourselves in others and our divisions overblown.
We can never stop expecting to reach the other side of pain,
with hope right there to guide us—our own power’s what we’ll gain.

Attitude of Gratitude *Zeal, gratitude, success, joy
It is a joyful platitude
to cultivate an attitude
that results in gratitude
for all the things life offers.
If we look for life’s successes
instead of what distresses,
our lives cannot depress us
and joy will fill our coffers.

Grief’s Gift *Zeal, surrender, love, energy
Grief is surrendering to the pain,
letting our love guide us through the healing
and honoring the life we shared.
It is an active process that moves us forward
with a special energy too powerful to suppress
and too meaningful to ignore.
Grief’s gift celebrates the love we shared
by giving us permission to turn a negative into a positive,
a loss for the present into a gain for the future.

Wounded Souls *Zeal, love, truth, light, transformation
We are all wounded souls on the inside
where our egos prefer us to stay.
We have to allow our inner guide
to push bad thoughts out of the way.
The triggers for fear will remain there
and try to pull us down.
Our choice is to let suffering fester there
or turn our OWN thoughts around.
No one can force us to think the same
as the person who triggers our fear.
We now know THEY can’t take the blame
for OUR thoughts they can’t possibly share.
Instead we must alter our thinking,
and project love on the ones who we blame.
If we keep our own love from sinking
their Truth will shine forth like a flame.
When we expose bad thoughts to the light
and realize they aren’t really true,
our transformation comes into sight
and our suffering and misery are through.

Manifestation *Zeal
Manifestation
is the creation
of a new sensation.
It’s about desiring
to change our wiring
with all systems firing.
If it’s highest good
to be as it should
then it’s understood
it will come to pass
and get here fast
so our future is cast!

The Power of Prayer *Zeal, faith
Prayer is an integral part of my life.
It’s more than a fallback when encountering strife.
I have faith and trust in the Divine Mind
and know it will guide me through whatever I find.
With so much misfortune appearing to fall,
the world needs our prayers now most of all.
Whether walking in nature or washing a dish,
each act is a prayer, each breath is a wish.
We raise the vibration when others join in—
our prayers change the world to let everyone win.

My Spiritual Sails *Zeal, love, surrender
The silence of the Universe descends into my heart.
My breathing slows to welcome it so thoughts of God can start.
I appreciate the love it brings into my body, mind and soul;
I accept what is and will be since sending love is my goal.
My thoughts shift to affirming all that I know is true
and I surrender to the outcome since God knows what to do.
Above all I am grateful for knowing God’s will prevails.
This gift of prayer is precious and fills my spiritual sails.

Resistance to Love *Zeal, love, resistance, truth
Who I am is what I think
and that governs what I do.
If resistance is firmly in my thoughts,
my conditioning will come through.
If hate and anger direct my life,
then chaos will abound.
Because I’m out of touch with love,
my ego will stand its ground.
Then I am part of the problem perceived
and my conditioned response is to fight.
So instead of relieving the pain and the hurt,
I'm determined to be “right.”
My resistance to others must change its course
so I’ll choose to love them instead.
My compassion and love can alter this world
but I have to get out of my head.
My heart is where I need to be
because it’s the one place that’s true.
Love will cure my troubled mind
and then my suffering is through.

The Love Code *Zeal, love, change, Oneness
We need an application to change our direction
and reform our perception that fear is our norm.
Our collective wounds define us and often they align us
in ways that can bind us to the bad thoughts that we form.
Our egos write our coding, resist change with foreboding
and insist on sugar-coating the bad things they find there.
The only way to change this is let love re-arrange this
and take us back to Oneness where our hearts can show we care.
Love Code must be injected so the world will be infected
by this Oneness resurrected and our egos can be tossed.
Then we’ll raise all our vibrations and have joyous celebrations
as we multiply our rations of the love we never lost.

My Divine Potential *Zeal, peace, love, power
My subconscious mind is a wonderful place
to find my potential in life.
It receives what I give it with no questions asked,
then reflects back peace, love or strife.
To reach what is promised to make me whole
and turn back what my ego demands,
I invite God’s Power to take over my life
before putting myself into His hands.
My affirmations are the tools I use
to change my subconscious mind.
Repetition is the order of my day
as I become more loving and kind.
My divine potential is to become like God
when He’s ready to awaken my soul.
Then I’ll care about others as much as myself
so I can finally achieve that goal.

-Who I Am *Zeal, consciousness, love
I am part of the river, the River of Consciousness,
where all Knowing flows.
It is the River of Eternity,
filled with pure love
and the certainty that I cannot die.
What is this consciousness
if not the melting of my perceived self
into my Oneness with God?
It is the ultimate perception
that my journey through “reality” craves:
my evolution from fear into pure Love.
It is far from the illusion
that my body and its world are all that I am.
I see God in each face,
each blade of grass
and in each breath I take.
I awaken to the sweetness of love
as the only reality of Who I Am,
always have been and always will be.

My Spiritual Paradigm *Zeal, awakening
My spiritual paradigm shifts
with the winds that blow.
I bring meaning to each puff
and find new things to know.
I release my fears and ties
that separate me from my Source
because the God I AM
wants to join me with the Force.
I push my ego’s boundary
beyond my consciousness
to keep it from reacting
and causing an unholy mess.
I can be happy, peaceful or sad
since that remains my choice,
but God can’t exist without me
so I must listen for His voice.
God does what God will do
whether I like it or not.
Since God is all I AM,
His will is all I’ve got.
The spirit of my prayers
surpasses the form they take.
I own my Oneness state
for my awakening soul’s sake.

The Power of Humility *Zeal
The Divine expresses itself through me—
its presence is who I am.
But my ego resists the truth I can see
like water behind a dam.
My spiritual goal is to cut to the chase
and release my divinity.
The joy I will find at the end of this race
will bring peace and harmony.
While claiming I’m God in a humble way
without shouting or singing a song,
I know I must hold my ego at bay
and “owning” it will push me along.
I CAN break the dam that’s holding me back
and ride the flow to the sea.
I CAN soar to the heights with no need to slack
and learn what it’s like to be free!
